So what is The Neutral Hub?
We are a neutral themed venue like you’ve never seen before. Everything is neutral at the hub creating a zen environment and the perfect blank canvas for your party needs.
We are a place you can come together party, socialise, play and relax! We specialise in children’s parties at the weekend and during the week we open as a hub were you can come and socialise with friends whilst your children play. We also host different classes for different businesses. Take a look at our socials for different events and classes.
What days of the week are you open?
At present,
Monday and Friday 10-12 for stay and plays.
Weekends or midweek evenings for private hire parties.
Is there car parking?
Yes right outside and if this is full there is a street outside you can park on. Please be respectful to other businesses when you are parking.
How do I book?
Please see link to our booking system. You can also turn up on the day and pay at reception.
How much is a stay & play session?
£6.50 for 1 adult & 1 child
£28 for 5 sessions for 1 adult & 1 child – (must be used within 3 months)

Do you have a cafe?
Not at present but this is the plan early 2024. We do have tea and coffee facilities and snacks to buy. We accept cash or card.
What age are stay & plays aimed at?
5 and under, we want the hub to be different to other play centres and focusing on pre school. This ensure the space is safer for little ones.
How do I enquire to host a class?
Just drop us an email and one of the team will come back to you. We are always open to small business hosting their classes here, we’ve had everything from gym classes to mother & toddler groups, we are open to your ideas.
Hire of the hub for classes is £30 per hour and subject to availability. If looking to regularly hire we can discuss a discounted prices just get in touch.
Party FAQ's
How much is a party at The Neutral Hub? And do I need to pay a deposit?
Take a look at our parties page for prices, yes we require a deposit of £100 with all bookings and balance is due 14 days before
If you chose to pay via Klarna split in 3 no deposit is required
If you pay by credit card or debit card in the hub there is a £10 additional charge
How can I pay for my party?
You have to pay deposit when booking and balance 14 days before.
You can do this via cash, card or Klarna online.
If you wish to pay cash or card please contact us and arrange coming into the hub to pay.
If paying by credit card there will be a £10 admin charge as our card machine provider charges us.
How many people can I have at my party?
We have seating for 25 children and 40 Adults. Standing you can comfortably fit another 15 adults.
We advise keeping children numbers to 25 as this allows for safe numbers and enough space for them to play safely.
Can I provide my own catering?
Yes ! We do not provide catering at the hub. This allows you to choose who you like for your party giving you the ultimate flexibility.
We do have some suppliers we can recommend once you’re booked in.
Do I have to use certain suppliers?
Nope, we are flexible on this as we know you may have certain suppliers you’ve used before and wish to you again. We do provide a recommended suppliers list and we do encourage you to use these as we know they won’t let you down and they know the venue well. We never want our customers to be let down at the last minute and this is why we have strict rules on our suppliers lists and suppliers will be removed if they don’t adhere to our terms.
What is personalisation?
Personalisation is what we provide with all parties to make it bespoke to you. Our designer will create your personalisation based on your party theme and wording of choice. This will then be stuck onto the bouncy castle and ball pit for your party.
Can I have alcohol at the party?
We do not have a licence to serve or sell alcohol. You can bring your own alcohol however we take health and safety seriously and no adult should be intoxicated whilst supervising children. Full adult supervision is required whilst at the hub. We reserve the right to refuse and remove anyone we feel is intoxicated and not abiding by the terms of The Neutral Hub.
What age is the hub suitable for?
5 years & under however we understand that older children will be in attendance at parties.
Can you provide hot drinks?
Yes! You can pay at the end for what your guests have or your guest can pay for their own. Just let us know when booking.
Do I get time to set up and take down?
Yes 1 hour before your party, suppliers can contact us if they need an alternative time and we will always try to accommodate this but will depend if there is a party before yours.
You party must finish at specified time and you must have vacated the venue 30 minutes after finish time. Anything over this will be charged.
Can I add more hours than 2.5?
From our experience 2 and a half hours is the perfect amount of time for a party however if want to add more you can subject to availability and is £100 an hour
